The parable of artistic proposal in recent months by the Foundation Cassa di Rimini with the cycle I Crafts and Time Readings of unpublished works and artists in Rimini from the Middle Ages to the twentieth century, edited by Alessandro Giovanardi, dwells in the last part of the protagonists undisputed national and international cultural scene that made the study of art and artistic life of its own.

On March 13, 2012 at 17.30 will Rimini, Palazzo Buonadrata Bruno Toscano, historian, art critic and painter renamed itself, which speaks of his teacher in a lecture entitled Roberto Longhi Today, Jobs in Emilia Romagna.
Longhi has animated the Italian culture of 900, contributing with his teaching, with its pears, its magazines and organizing exhibitions to study and disseminate the values and beauty of Italian art, in particular those from the Renaissance to the twentieth century.
From this real Master, it enriches the personality of Bruno Toscano.
The art historian Toscano is currently professor emeritus at the University of Roma Tre and gold medal of the Italian President for meritorious culture.
In his extensive and sophisticated scientific production, which includes numerous studies of medieval history, modern and contemporary art, and volumes have appeared in Italian and foreign periodicals, a significant part is devoted to the definition of criteria for the systematic knowledge of the historical-artistic Italian, in order to open new perspectives to the conservation and protection.
His other studies have addressed the methodological aspects of art history.
Member of numerous cultural organizations and is editor of the Italian scientific journals, such as: Comparison Arts, Rome modern and contemporary art, Spoletium, Journal of the National Institute of Archaeology and Art History.
Close friend and student of the central figures of history and art criticism, such as Roberto Longhi and Francesco Arcangeli, dedicated to both major studios.
